Interviews, seminars, and workshops featuring Rebecca Johns-Wommack.

Rebecca came to our community in remote Western Alaska a traditional western educator. Through her sense of commitment to all of humanity, her openness to beauty in all of its forms and her abiding spirituality, she was able to connect Action-Based Learning to our traditional Yup’ik activities. For many indigenous people like ours, an Elder plays a very specific role in our community. Rebecca Johns-Wommack has proven herself to be a young Elder. I am deeply honored by her continued friendship. People like Rebecca give me hope not only for our children, but for our collective future as well
